Students’ social-emotional well-being is paramount to their and their classmates’ academic success. SmartStart Education places deans and school-aides to support students before, during and after school. We can accommodate any schedule for our school partners.
SmartStart Education’s Deans:
- Follow the school’s behavioral mission and vision policies
- Work with classroom teachers to improve students’ behavioral practices
- Execute the school’s discipline policies
- Mentor students
- Communicate with parents
- Conduct investigations
- Tracking disciplinary actions
Many of our deans and school aides are bilingual in English and Spanish. All deans and school aides have undergone a background check and comply with all district requirements and regulations.
